My name is Maseala Mamogale, I am the Senior Human Resources practitioner providing human resources services to the MMP team
What defining moment or experience set you on your path, and how has it shaped who you are today?
I am a people-oriented professional with a passion for working across all levels. My career began as a teacher, where I discovered my love for sharing knowledge and providing guidance. With strong interpersonal skills, I easily connect and engage with individuals at every level. Integrity and ethics are at the heart of everything I do, guiding me in my daily interactions.
In what ways do you hope your journey will inspire and pave the way for future generations of women in your field?
As a woman, nurturing and providing guidance come naturally to me. I believe my ability to connect with people across all levels inspires future generations by creating a space where they feel comfortable and open, regardless of age. Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities for the leaders of tomorrow.

Integrity and respect are core values that guide me in all my interactions. These principles shape how I engage with others every day.

I believe the children are our future
Teach them well and let them lead the way

What’s your go-to hobby or activity that helps you unwind after a long day?
I am a runner. I run 5 km 3 times a week and 10km /15 /21 on Saturdays
I am too magnificent to be anything less than a driving force in the growth and development of our next generation.
