The 3PRS Change Management Blueprint assists and guides change leaders throughout the adoption process of any technology-related change initiative after the ‘Business Case’ for the new technology was completed and the decision was made to implement the specific technology. Note that the 3PRS Change Management Blueprint DO NOT replace the MOSH Leading Practices Adoption System but may be used either in support of the MOSH Leading Practices Adoption System or for the adoption of other modern technologies.
The 3PRS Change Management Blueprint Tools consists of a Change Management Framework, Microsoft Excel Templates, and a Guide with a How-To Video for using the templates.
